Washington, DC - On Sunday, December 2nd, NHS Members Ted and Demetra Argeroplos sponsored a meet and greet luncheon at the il Canale restaurant in Georgetown. NHS members, along with Heritage Greece alumni and Pan-Hellenic scholars were present. The purpose of the luncheon was to connect these students with prospective mentors who will be able to provide guidance and advice that will help them in the future. The National Hellenic Society is excited that the first of many events designed for fostering the Mentor/Mentee relationship between our members and our program participants was a success. We look forward to many more events like this as we launch this new phase of our Heritage Greece and Heritage America programs. Thank you Demetra and Ted Argeroplos for sponsoring this event to kick off this exciting new chapter!
