Dr. John Ioannidis, MD is a Professor at Stanford University and Co-Director of the Meta Research Innovation Center. He was educated at the Univ. of Athens, Tufts and Harvard Universities and previous to Stanford, Dr. Ioannidis held positions at NIH, Johns Hopkins and Tufts. He is a prolific author of hundreds of scholarly articles and has received a host of awards and considered to be one of the most influential scientists in the world.

Professor Andrew S. Natsios is the Director of the Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs and oversees the Institute's Pandemic & Biosecurity Policy Program at Texas A&M. He served as a Distinguished Professor in the Practice of Diplomacy at the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and was former Administrator of the US Agency for International Development (USAID). He administered a multi-billion dollar budget and oversaw tens of thousands of employees. Andrew managed U.S. reconstruction programs in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Sudan where he served as President Bush's special envoy.
